This page is for bug 907275. This page fills its window exactly, so there's no room to scroll. Even so, the DOMMouseScroll events should fire normally, but they don't. Scroll the page in Mac Firefox 23 using your trackpad scroll gesture and note the numbers in the dev console. If you move slowly, they don't come out at all.
